Accommodation
Due to the high season, we anticipate difficulties with hotel rooms availability in June. Therefore, the organizing committee highly recommends to book accommodation well in advance.
Given the recent developments regarding the ongoing spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) overseas and recent cases in Russia, we cannot forecast the situation in June. But we are doing our best to prepare the conference. However, we would recommend participants to book hotel rooms with free cancellation.
