Please note that most foreign citizens are required to obtain a visa in order to enter Russia.
- Starting from October 1, 2019, nationals of 53 foreign States may be granted an e-visa to enter the Russian Federation through air, naval, automobile, and pedestrian checkpoints located on the territory of Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad region (up to 8 days). - In case if e-visa is not applicable for the visit of an accepted participant of the conference, they will need to obtain a visa at the closest Russian consulate to their place of residence. National Research University Higher School of Economics will provide accepted participants with visa support in the form of an official visa invitation that will need to be presented at the consulate. To ensure obtaining a visa invitation in a timely manner, participants are required to confirm their intention to visit the conference by March 15th.
